1. |
Place the candy floss machine and cart in a dry, level position. |
|
2. |
Fit the FLOSS BOWL by pressing it down and turning it to lock it into the
three locking fittings underneath. |
|
3. |
Fill the measuring scoop supplied to the top with granulated sugar
(supplied). Using the funnel supplied fill the SPINNING HEAD (small bowl in
the centre of the flossing bowl) with the sugar. We do not allow food
colouring of any type to be used in our equipment because of possible food
allergies caused by additives and colourings. This will not affect the
taste of the candy floss in any way. |
|
4. |
Manually turn the spinning head with your hand (by turning it left and
right) to balance the sugar to prevent excessive vibration. |
|
5. |
When you are ready to start making candy floss, ensure that the machine is
plugged in and switch the button marked “HEAT” to the on position (it does
not light up). Wait for about 30 seconds to allow the spinning head to heat
up. |
|
6. |
Switch the button marked “MAIN ROTATING” to the on position (this button
stays lit up all the time) which will begin the candy floss making process. |
|
7. |
As the candy floss begins to form use one of the candy floss sticks provided
and turn the stick in your fingers around the outside of the floss bowl (see
illustration below). |
